The terms for using Knighn.

Knighn is made by Lucas Knight, a sole trader in Australia (ABN 45 854 663 244). "We" and "us" on this page mean Lucas Knight. Contact: admin@ljk.dev.

These terms apply to knighn.com, the web editor at app.knighn.com, the Mac and iOS apps, and the Knighn MCP at mcp.knighn.com. When you use any of them, you agree to these terms.

You can use Knighn as a guest or with an account. Keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, your API keys and the apps you connect to it.

You must be 13 or older to use Knighn. If you use Knighn for an organisation, you agree to these terms for it.

Your designs, assets and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy, show and process them only to run Knighn for you, for example to save, render, export or share a design when you ask.

Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or that breaks the law.

When you connect an app or agent (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex), it acts for you with the permissions you allow. It can change or delete your designs. Check its work, and revoke it in Settings, Connections, when you no longer want it.

The companies that make those apps have their own terms. We are not responsible for what their agents do or say.

Do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits or security of Knighn. Do not use Knighn to make content that is illegal, harms people, or copies designs you have no right to copy. Do not resell access to Knighn without our written agreement.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to export your designs.

Pro costs AU$9.99 a month or AU$79.99 a year, with no GST, and renews until you cancel. Stripe takes payment on the web, and Apple takes payment in the iOS app.

Cancel at any time. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Apple refunds follow Apple's rules.

If you join the partner program, the terms on the partners page and in our emails with you also apply.

Knighn is new and changes often. We can add, change or remove features. We try to keep Knighn online, but we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of designs that matter.

We can change these terms. We show the date of the last change on this page, and for large changes we tell account holders by email first.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The law of Western Australia applies to these terms.
